These Terms of Service govern your use of nxt24care.com and the services provided by NXT 24 Group LLC ("NXT 24," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company. By using this site, submitting a booking request, or receiving our services, you agree to these terms.
Please also read our Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which are incorporated into these terms.
NXT 24 provides post-surgical concierge recovery care in the metro Atlanta area. Depending on the package you book, this may include transportation from your surgical facility at discharge, continuous bedside monitoring by a licensed registered nurse for a defined period, and coordination with your surgical team.
Our nurses are licensed in the State of Georgia. We are not a hospital, a surgical facility, or an emergency service. We do not perform surgery, prescribe medication, or replace the care of your physician.
NXT 24 operates a care coordination text messaging program. These terms apply to it.
If you opt in, NXT 24 will send you text messages about your care coordination: nurse assignment, pickup timing, discharge updates, and recovery check-ins. This is a customer care and transactional program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through it.
You opt in by checking the consent box on our booking form at nxt24care.com. That box is not checked by default, and checking it is an affirmative act. You may also opt in by texting us first or by giving verbal consent to a member of our team, which we will record.
Message frequency varies and depends on your surgery date and your care schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. NXT 24 does not charge a fee for these messages; charges, if any, come from your mobile carrier under your plan.
Text STOP to any message from NXT 24 to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and to your handset being able to receive messages. NXT 24 is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered for reasons outside our control.
Standard SMS is not a secure or encrypted channel. Do not send us sensitive health information by text. Because our texts may relate to your care, keep your phone secure and tell us promptly if your mobile number changes or your device is lost.
You must be 18 or older and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in you confirm both.
Submitting a booking request through our site is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only when we assign a nurse and notify you. We may decline a request if we cannot staff it safely or if the care needed is outside our scope.
Because we reserve a licensed nurse for a full shift on your behalf, cancellations made close to your scheduled pickup may be subject to a fee. Any cancellation terms that apply to your booking will be disclosed to you in writing before you pay.
If your surgery is rescheduled, contact us as soon as you know and we will move your booking to the new date subject to nurse availability.
Fees are quoted before your booking is confirmed. Post-surgical nursing care may qualify as a medical expense under IRS §213, and many clients pay using an HSA or FSA. We provide an itemized receipt suitable for reimbursement, but we cannot guarantee how your plan administrator will treat the expense, and we do not provide tax advice.
NXT 24 does not bill health insurance. Payment is due as set out in your booking confirmation.
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Content here is general information about our services and is not a substitute for the guidance of your surgeon or physician.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use our booking form or text messages to report an emergency — they are not monitored for emergency response.
We may end a booking, without refund of time already served, if a nurse's safety is threatened or if the environment makes safe care impossible.
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, NXT 24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking will not exceed the amount you paid us for that booking.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for professional negligence in the delivery of nursing care.
This website is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The NXT 24 name, logo, site design, and content are owned by NXT 24 Group LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
