NXT 24 Group LLC provides post-surgical nurse monitoring and concierge recovery care in metro Atlanta. When a patient books our service, we send text messages to coordinate their care — telling them which licensed nurse has been assigned, confirming pickup timing at discharge, and checking in during recovery.
This is a customer care program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent is collected on the booking form at nxt24care.com. After choosing a procedure, surgery date, and pickup location, the patient reaches the contact step, where they enter their name, mobile number, and email. Directly beneath those fields is the consent checkbox shown below.
The checkbox is unchecked by default. Checking it is an affirmative act by the patient, and the booking cannot be submitted without it. We record the date and time consent was given.
Patients may also opt in by texting us first, or by giving verbal consent to a member of our team during a booking call, which we record in their file.
Reply STOP to any message from NXT 24 at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.
Because these texts are how your nurse reaches you before and after discharge, opting out may limit our ability to coordinate your care. If you opt out, we will call you instead.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
