How we handle your information

This Privacy Policy explains how NXT 24 Group LLC ("NXT 24," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nxt24care.com, request a booking, or receive post-surgical nurse monitoring and concierge recovery care from us.

NXT 24 provides licensed RN care during and after surgical discharge. Because of the nature of that work, some of the information you give us is health information, which receives additional protection under HIPAA. Our Notice of Privacy Practices governs protected health information specifically; this policy covers our website, our booking form, and our messaging program.

• Your name, mobile phone number, and email address
• Your surgeon or surgical clinic, and your pickup location
• Your procedure type, surgery date, and expected discharge time
• Payment method preference, including whether you intend to pay by HSA or FSA
• Anything else you choose to tell us by phone, text, or email

Information collected automatically

• Standard web log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed
• The date and time you submitted a booking request and gave messaging consent

We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising networks or third-party ad tracking on this site.

Section 3

SMS & mobile messaging

When you check the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from NXT 24 about your care coordination — nurse assignment, pickup timing, discharge updates, and recovery check-ins — at the mobile number you provided. Consent is collected through that checkbox, which is unchecked by default, and we record the date and time you gave it.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your surgery date and care schedule. Message and data rates may apply. NXT 24 does not charge you for the text messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (470) 567-2424, for assistance.

Because our texts are how your nurse reaches you before and after discharge, opting out may limit our ability to coordinate your care. If you opt out, we will contact you by phone instead.

Section 4

When we share information

We share your information only in these situations:

• Your care team. The nurse assigned to you, and your surgeon or surgical facility, so the hand-off at discharge is safe.
• Service providers. Vendors who host our site, deliver our text messages, or process payments — each bound to use your information only to provide that service.
• People you designate. Family members or emergency contacts you have told us to communicate with.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or to prevent serious harm.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with anyone for marketing purposes.

Health information

Information about your procedure, your condition, and the care your nurse provides is protected health information under HIPAA. It is handled according to our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes your rights to access, amend, and restrict that information, and how to file a complaint.

Security & retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of data submitted through this site and access limits so that only staff involved in your care can see your records.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your care and to meet our legal, medical-records, and tax obligations. Records of your messaging consent are retained for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward, as required by telecommunications regulations.

No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee that transmissions over the internet or by text message are completely secure, and standard SMS is not an encrypted channel.

• Ask us what information we hold about you, and request a copy
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
